UK Petroleum Co. Ltd works with manufacturers and authorised distributors who support oil, gas, and energy projects and can demonstrate compliance with international standards and ethical business practices.

Our onboarding process is designed to ensure transparency, credibility, and long‑term collaboration.

Who Can Apply

We consider onboarding applications from:

• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)

• Authorised distributors

• Packagers and engineered equipment suppliers

Initial Supplier Information

Suppliers may be requested to provide:

• Company registration details

• Manufacturing or authorisation evidence

• Product scope and applicable standards

• Quality certifications (ISO 9001 or equivalent)

• Export experience and reference projects

Compliance & Ethical Standards

All suppliers must align with:

• UK Modern Slavery Act 2015

• UK Bribery Act 2010

• Applicable sanctions and export controls

Suppliers engaging in unethical, non‑transparent, or non‑compliant practices will not be approved.

Documentation Expectations (Post‑RFQ)

When quoting, suppliers may be asked to submit:

• Datasheets and drawings

• Certificates and declarations

• QA/QC procedures and MTCs (where applicable)

• Warranty and delivery terms
