We consider onboarding applications from:
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
Authorised distributors
Packagers and engineered equipment suppliers
Suppliers may be requested to provide:
Company registration details
Manufacturing or authorisation evidence
Product scope and applicable standards
Quality certifications (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
Export experience and reference projects
All suppliers must align with:
UK Modern Slavery Act 2015
UK Bribery Act 2010
Applicable sanctions and export controls
Suppliers engaging in unethical, non‑transparent, or non‑compliant practices will not be approved.
When quoting, suppliers may be asked to submit:
Datasheets and drawings
Certificates and declarations
QA/QC procedures and MTCs (where applicable)
Warranty and delivery terms
UK Petroleum Co. Ltd. does not act as a distributor or reseller. All supply contracts, warranties, and technical obligations remain directly between supplier and buyer.
