UK Petroleum Co. Ltd accepts RFQs from EPC contractors, operators, and industrial buyers seeking compliant oil & gas and energy-sector equipment.

Submitting an RFQ allows us to assess feasibility, identify suitable suppliers, and coordinate compliant quotations aligned with your technical and commercial requirements.

What to Include in Your RFQ

RFQ Submission – Required Information from Buyer

To ensure accurate and efficient processing of your request, please provide the following information wherever available:

1. Equipment Description & Service
   
   

   • Type of equipment required (e.g., valves, pumps, instrumentation)
     
     

   • Intended service or operating conditions
     
     

2. Applicable Standards
   
   

   • Relevant standards your project requires (e.g., API, ASME, EN, ATEX, IECEx, PED, NACE)
     
     

3. Quantity & Delivery Requirements
   
   

   • Number of units required
     
     

   • Target delivery date and any critical timeline considerations
     
     

4. Destination & Incoterms
   
   

   • Delivery location
     
     

   • Preferred Incoterms (if known)
     
     

5. Project Details
   
   

   • Project name and end-user (if disclosure is permitted)
     
     

6. Reference Documents (Optional)
   
   

   • Any drawings, datasheets, or specifications you can provide for clarity (these help suppliers provide accurate proposals)
     
     

Note: Incomplete RFQs may result in delays or requests for clarification. Suppliers will provide technical datasheets, drawings, certifications, and compliance documentation for the products they propose.

• UK Petroleum Co. Ltd does not guarantee pricing, availability, delivery times, or technical performance.

• Final technical and commercial responsibility remains with the buyer and supplier upon order placement.

UK Petroleum Co. Ltd reserves the right to decline RFQs that fall outside its scope, involve sanctioned jurisdictions, or fail preliminary compliance screening.
